Noise disturbances from other rooms or the street!!! The shower had temperature regulation problems that made it hard to enjoy a comfortable wash!!! The lack of an elevator can be a hassle if you're carrying heavy bags!!!

Charming and cozy
Stayed for a night and really loved it! The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Rooms were tidy and well-decorated, loved the cozy vibe. It’s a perfect spot for exploring the city. Only wished the wifi was a bit better, but we managed. Breakfast was yummy for an extra tenner!

It was a good pick for a weekend excursion in Edinburgh with a good price-value balance. The room was cosy and had a lovely big window with wooden shutters. For those going, expect a bit of a walk to use the bathroom if it’s not ensuite.

Excellent value for money
I enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep in a cozy attic room with an en-suite bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean, despite some dated decor. the noisy guests downstairs did interrupt our sleep at one point, which was quite unsettling.
